Location: Remote (Chongqing, Chengdu, Xian or Beijing)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Successfully transform the current team and enable Cambridge Technology to obtain >20% of its overall revenue from opportunities in China by the end of 2021. 
  • Rebuild relationship with our distribution partner and develop a joint strategy to drive growth in sales.
  • Develop market understanding in key application areas with targeted OEM accounts with which to develop clear plans to increase Cambridge Technology share.
  • Strengthen communications with Headquarters of Cambridge Technology to drive Customer Service and Post Sales Tech Support to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Leverage Salesforce.com as the funnel management tool and establish discipline around sales funnel reviews, win/loss analysis and best practice sharing. Also drive this behavior in the team.
  • Drive foundational process development and implementation around the following:
  • Sales Process Standard Work
  • Account & Opportunity Pre-visit Planning Standard Work
  • KPI’s & Dashboards
  • Funnel Review Cadence and Processes
  • Win/Loss analysis program
  • Quarterly Funnel Management System Review

General tasks:

  • Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations.
  • Implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist.
  • Demonstrated OEM design win expertise in China

Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrated OEM design win expertise in China
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a process-based mentality
  • Ability to build and retain world-class talent
  • 5-8 years relevant work experience in a similar field
  • Demonstrated capability to create teamwork across time zones and cultures
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented
  • A self-starter, with a proven record of demonstrated initiative
  • Bachelor’s-level degree in technical field
