You will lead a small distributed team of developers, building and operating data integration solutions in a large global application landscape.
Your team is responsible for the development of data integrations and architectures to facilitate data collection, storage, and management from various sources and systems.
Create and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data workflows to ensure stable data transfers.
Utilize and develop best practices to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability of data integrations.
Document data integration processes for clarity and maintainability
Enforce data quality checks and balances to maintain accuracy and integrity of integrated data.
Collaborate with other teams on technical and functional level during initial onboarding, continuous monitoring and change process.

Your Background:
Degree in Software Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 6 years experience in delivering and supporting enterprise grade applications and integations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing and custom software development processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Techology Stack like Azure Data Factory, Net Core, Azure DevOps, SQL Server / and Entity Framework.
Strong track record maintaining and optimizing complex T-SQL codebase.
Experience with Enterprise Service Bus integrations (MuleSoft is a plus)
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
