Who are we hiring?

As Sphere Account Management Student Associate, you will principally be involved in assisting the Account Management department with ongoing planning and implementation for Sphere’s advertising partners on the Exosphere (outside of Sphere). This role is for an enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in Sponsorships, Marketing, and client services activities.

Student Associate Program Overview

This program is designed to create real, valuable opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to learn, grow, and explore MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, and Sphere. As a Student Associate, you will gain valuable experience that will be applicable throughout your career. While participating in the Student Associate Program, students will have the opportunity to work with our employees to get a full understanding of the business. We also provide additional learning and development opportunities through an executive speaker series, mentorship program, career development workshops, and other social events.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Management department to create and maintain advertising contractual elements for clients within various industries
  • Assist in the execution of Exosphere advertising creation through interaction with various internal stakeholders including but not limited to Creative and Design Services, Production, Quality Control
  • Assist in collection of social and PR plans for Exosphere clients and organize approval with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate on the ground activations for clients at events with Venue Operations
  • Coordinate setup of capture of Exosphere advertisements for all clients
  • Perform various administrative tasks
  • Help track advertising clients’ status revenue, expenses, and contracts
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

What do you need to succeed?

Required:

  • High level of professionalism
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Undergraduate candidates with a class status of junior or above or graduate candidates
  • GPA of 3.2 or above
  • Provide a letter from your school verifying enrollment
  • Available to work a 35-hour work week (35 hours required for the summer semester)

Preferred:

  • Strong knowledge of advertising industry
  • Agency experience 

Availability: 

  • Must be available to work minimum 21 hours a week (3 business days)/maximum 35 hours a week. Must be available October 2024 – April 2025.
  • Role is based in Burbank, CA. No location flexibility.

Hourly Pay Range

$22.50—$28.50 USD
