Reporting to the Senior Enrollment Systems Analyst, Admissions, the Enrollment Systems Specialist, Integrations assists with the maintenance and updating of the Admissions CRM system and partners with Enrollment team to ensure the efficient and timely execution of technology-related projects within the department.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Make enhancements to existing systems in order to solve the business needs of the Undergraduate Admission, Graduate Admission, and Professional Studies departments.
  • Create and maintain queries, forms, and reports to streamline processes and enhance data management and reporting capabilities. This includes writing queries to identify specific groups of prospects or applicants as needed, aiming to optimize engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular data reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy across systems, including error investigation and resolution in admission records, form updates, and maintaining integrity in data exchanges between integrated systems.
  • Release applicant decisions and associated letters
  • Provide training and technical support for the use of the CRM systems to both staff and external users, ensuring effective utilization across the board. Ensure successful integration of the Admissions CRM system with third party recruitment systems post-admit and/or yield applications and the Emerson College system of record
  • Solicit and document user needs, evaluate current policies and processes, and identify areas for improvement in consultation with Enrollment Data, Operations, and Technology leadership.
  • Lead and serve as a resource on Slate projects, coordinating with consultants and partners as needed to ensure project success. Troubleshoot routine and emergency system issues and collaborate with associated stakeholders to identify root causes.
  • Perform additional technological tasks and responsibilities related to admissions as required.

QUALIFICATIONS – Qualifications are deemed required or preferred and represent what is needed to effectively perform job.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Admissions CRM systems, with a strong preference for those with administrator-level experience in Slate by Technolutions. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in system integrations, including familiarity with integration tools like Axiom and data reconciliation across systems.
  • Experience with payment systems, Banner by Ellucian, Workday, HTML, SQL, and/or relationship database concepts

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES – May be representative, but not all-inclusive, of those knowledge, skills, and abilities commonly associated with the job. 

  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills and Proficiency in using Google Suite applications
  • Knowledge of the operations and processing within an admission office, ideally focused on graduate admissions and/or continuing education
  • Be able to work largely independently and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and must have excellent organizational skills
  • Superior communication, documentation, multi-tasking, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

COMPENSATION

Compensation for this position will be between $ 62,600 - $ 76,700 annually, commensurate with experience.

Grade of Position: 23-08E

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36.25
