Job Role: Senior Windows Administrator with VMware Knowledge

Job Description:

Working experience to lead VMware and Wintel team
Passion for learning new things, building relationships and working on a team
Conduct timely and accurate upgrades, patches, clustering, support, and configuration management in accordance with change and release management processes
Design and implement enterprise Windows Server solutions that meet business requirements and align with defined strategies and compliance requirements
Coach and mentor team members to ensure adequate training and knowledge sharing
Build meaningful metrics and reports to show health of various systems
Document and maintain system administration processes and procedures
Participate in on-call rotation as necessary
Experience in all aspects of Windows Server including Installation, Configuration, Administration, troubleshooting and best practices
Experience on Virtualization Platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
Experience on Windows Servers Performance and Tuning
Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows Server Issues, Problem Fixing, Root Cause Analysis and configurations
Strong knowledge on PowerShell scripting
Familiarity with enterprise monitoring systems & ticketing systems
Experience on Exchange 2013, SCCM 2016
Expertise to AD and Windows technologies such as DNS, DHCP etc.,
Exposure to configuring Failover Clustering such Clusters and Microsoft Network Load Balancing.
Exposure to scripting on automating daily tasks
