Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Xfinity Rewards Program Development will report to the Senior Director, Xfinity Rewards Program Development, and will be responsible for supporting the expansion and optimization of the loyalty program that is available to nearly all 30+ million Xfinity residential customer relationships.
The core focus of this role will be to leverage data, analytics, consumer, and competitive insights to shape and evangelize the strategy for the Rewards program and integrate loyalty as a core pillar of the overall customer growth strategy. The role will also require the ability to develop clear business requirements to make the strategy actionable. The Senior Manager will participate in cross-functional teams, working on the development, coordination, and implementation of plans and strategies meant to optimize customer lifetime value, improve Net Promoter Score, reduce churn, and deepen product engagement.
The ideal candidate is adept at developing insights, translating insights into action, providing definition to ambiguity, and imagining possibilities versus being constrained by limitations. They will have strong relationship building skills to navigate a highly matrixed organization, the ability to think creatively about the future of loyalty for Xfinity, and the willingness, passion, and energy to advocate for change.
