Regional F&B Analyst

Job Description Summary

The Regional F&B Analyst is responsible in coordinating all event and activation specific logistics, asset maintenance, storage, production, facilities delivery, operational resourcing and requirements. Also assist in negotiation and manage contracts with event and project partners to ensure all event operational logistics are agreed, recorded and communicated to all parties, including FM event operational staff.

About the Role: 

  • Work with the key stakeholders and colleagues to integrate event production and technical.
  • Logistics with venue operations.
  • Attend weekly meetings to coordinate event logistics and production.
  • Meet and coordinate contractors, suppliers and third-party event organizers for briefings.
  • Provide access to site and associated areas as required and conduct pre and post event site inspections.

About You: 

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Able to demonstrate a common-sense approach to problem solving.
  • Must have strong time management skills.
  • Experience in providing FM support services to Events (corporate function, markets, live theatre and music, large scale events, outdoor events, activations and significant visual arts exhibitions/installations).
