Senior IT Project Manager & PPM Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful execution of complex enterprise-wide projects, selecting appropriate methodology for implementation, including waterfall, agile & hybrid approaches.
  • Develop & manage multiple enterprise-level IT projects, collaborating with project teams, administration, function managers & subject matter experts to shape product requirements into well thought-out project strategy, plan & roadmap.
  • Using Project Management Book of Knowledge professional standards & DASM process goals, manage all project phases including business/technical requirements gathering, analysis & design, configuration & build, testing, training, deployment, transition to operations & closing.
  • Create & manage Communication Plans, including measurable results, project risks, escalation, analysis, prioritization, budget, scope & schedule.
  • Review & assist with budget analysis, vendor contracts & State of Work acceptance.
  • Administer project management software for project asset management.
  • Utilize TeamDynamics Project & Portfolio Management software to assist IT project teams, generate project reports, & configure roadmaps.
  • Manage 3rd party software technical integration projects on Azure cloud platform for mergers/acquisitions of allied health institutions, including Okta & Active Directory projects.
  • Advise on technical project management requirements for centralizing IT service delivery across the system.
  • Manage projects for database/applications migrations & integrations for health sciences software, ensuring minimal downtime. Manage integration of new health sciences acquisitions into existing enterprise telecom & video application.
  • Work w/ technical resources to create & maintain integrations between ServiceNow & TeamDynamix PPM software.
  • Manage enterprise Requests for Proposals to transition to cloud-based application.
  • Lead 2-3 year projects with phases (phase1) RFP projects to replace disparate clinical rotation management & scheduling software (phase 2); work with all health sciences school teams to replace all clinical rotation software w/ chosen enterprise software (phase 3); lead technical project team to automate data integration into Ellucian Banner ERP system.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in computer science, information systems, or related + 2 years experience.
  • Must have IT development experience using Okta identity management, Active Directory, Banner ERP, TeamDynamix, Azure Cloud platform, computer security application, & video/telecom applications for higher education.
  • Must have experience working with health sciences schools.
  • Must have CAPM & DASM certifications.

Maximum Salary

USD $75,000.00/Yr.

Minimum Salary

USD $60,000.00/Yr.
