Webasto is looking for:
Responsibilities:
- Planning, ordering and ownership of production equipment
- Ensuring equipment is robust and repeatable, in terms of quality products
- Support an environment where continuous improvement is part of day to day activities
- Support and maintain the WPS philosophy
- Support multi-team Kaizen activities
- Ensure all lines are available to run by providing tools and techniques to relevant persons, e.g. Process Technicians
- Support and deliver the team approach to be involved in problem solving, control plans and FMEA’s
- Balance line with customer takt and ensure that the takt is maintained with a clear focus on Product Quality
- Support Project Ramp up and train TL and operators in terms of process and equipment
- Monitor SAP and ensure standard times, control plans, bill of materials and routings are correct
- Liaison with Engineering Change Control (Change Management).
- Standard operating procedures, control plans and FMEA’s
- Focus expertise in specialist area: Assembly / Rollo Blinds / Encapsulation
Requirements:
- Technical university degree (mandatory)
- Team Player
- Excellent communication skills
- Practical common sense approach
- Self-motivated
- Focused with attention to detail
- Drive and enthusiasm
- Organized
- Mechanical design driven
- Knowledge of Toyota methods
- Capable of handling multiple tasks
- Lean manufacturing tools
- Excellent pc skills
- Knowledge of English and / or German
- PFMEA knowledge
