Webasto is looking for:

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, ordering and ownership of production equipment
  • Ensuring equipment is robust and repeatable, in terms of quality products
  • Support an environment where continuous improvement is part of day to day activities
  • Support and maintain the WPS philosophy
  • Support multi-team Kaizen activities
  • Ensure all lines are available to run by providing tools and techniques to relevant persons, e.g. Process Technicians
  • Support and deliver the team approach to be involved in problem solving, control plans and FMEA’s
  • Balance line with customer takt and ensure that the takt is maintained with a clear focus on Product Quality
  • Support Project Ramp up and train TL and operators in terms of process and equipment
  • Monitor SAP and ensure standard times, control plans, bill of materials and routings are correct
  • Liaison with Engineering Change Control (Change Management).
  • Standard operating procedures, control plans and FMEA’s
  • Focus expertise in specialist area: Assembly / Rollo Blinds / Encapsulation

Requirements:

  • Technical university degree (mandatory)
  • Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Practical common sense approach
  • Self-motivated
  • Focused with attention to detail
  • Drive and enthusiasm
  • Organized
  • Mechanical design driven
  • Knowledge of Toyota methods
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks
  • Lean manufacturing tools
  • Excellent pc skills
  • Knowledge of English and / or German
  • PFMEA knowledge
