Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Lead to oversee and execute performance testing activities for our web application built on JAVA microservices architecture, with React Frontend and deployed on AWS. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in utilizing Selenium and JMeter for performance testing and will lead efforts to identify and analyze performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal system performance under various load conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and Lead multiple project teams of other software quality assurance engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of quality assurance for complex products and platforms, including testing strategy, analysis, coding, results evaluation, and proposed corrective actions.
  • Contributes to refining testing methodologies, fostering continuous improvement in test processes.
  • Participates in release and deployment activities to ensure a smooth transition of software from development to production environments.
  • Provides performance testing and overall software quality assurance leadership.
  • Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software quality assurance organization.
  • Vendor Management

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology.
  • Typically has 11-15 years of work experience in software quality assurance with a minimum of 4 years in the performance testing field.
