As an Instructional Designer, you’ll play a critical role in improving the effectiveness of learning experiences within our sales organization. You will create and achieve impactful learning outcomes through a process of analysis, design, development, delivery, and assessment. You will be responsible for producing learner-centered instructional content, courses, curriculum, and environments. You’ll collaborate with domain experts, applying learning science and design best practices to provide learners an inclusive and industry-leading experience. Your priority is to create and achieve desired learning outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to solve business challenges with a holistic learning solution.
This role is part of the Sales Operations team and reports to the Manager of Knowledge Management. When executed well, this role will improve learner knowledge retention and skill development, reduce the frequency of sales staff questions, and improve self-directed learning. To be successful in this role, you’ll have a strong sense of user empathy with a focus on ease of use, an understanding of how adults learn, exceptional attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders of all tenure and experience levels.
