Our Team

Located at 9 Hope Avenue in Waltham, MA, our clinic provides walk-in treatment for minor illnesses and injuries that require medical attention but are not life threatening. We treat patients three months and older.

Conditions treated:

• Sore throats, coughs, colds and flu
• Upper respiratory infections
• Sinus infections
• Asthma, bronchitis and pneumonia
• Vomiting and diarrhea
• Insect bites
• Rashes, scrapes, cuts and minor burns
• Earaches
• Sprains and minor fractures
• Muscle aches and pains
• Minor eye injuries, infections or irritation
• Back pain
• Urinary tract infections
• Sexually transmitted infections
• Yeast Infection
• Fever
• Nebulizer treatment (when permitted)

Other services include X-Rays (appointment only) and lab work (no appointment necessary).

Hours/Schedule

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour LPN to support the practice on-site Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. 

Role Overview

Dedicated to clinical support, Walk-In LPN responsibilities include rooming/vitals, patient assessment, office visits, testing, and patient education.

The ideal candidate profile is an experienced, adaptable LPN who is confident in their clinical abilities and genuinely enjoys variety. 

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
• CPR training required
• Previous LPN experience, preferably in a community-based ambulatory setting preferred
