Job Description:
Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for conducting business analysis, documenting business requirements, and writing user stories.
He / She will work with internal business users, product owners, UX and other technology partners to develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud etc and other non-Salesforce products.
Analyze existing processes and produce flow diagrams.
Review the process with product owners to improve and streamline the process.
Document the new process flow and review with business owners.
Define target state business processes and align functional solutions.
