We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Campaign Analytics team. The Campaign Analytics suite of products utilize survey based datasets to measure, analyze, and report on Advertisement effectiveness.

As an engineer on our team, you'll have an opportunity to build systems to extract insights from our datasets, to work on data pipelines, web applications and dashboarding solutions; as well as some of the supporting infrastructure. We are an agile team that work directly with product owners and collaborate with Data Scientists. Our culture is inclusive and we have a healthy work life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to implement, test and deploy features.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct occasional training sessions.
  • Perform code reviews.
  • Build and maintain Front-end and Backend components.
  • Write code with maintainability and scalability in mind.
  • Build and maintain development environments and CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years with mainstream programming languages (Javascript, Python, .net, Java, etc.).
  • Knowledge of programming concepts and paradigms.
  • Experience with SQL and relational database systems.
  • Experience with Full Stack development.
  • Experience of knowing what to test, writing tests, TDD, automation.
  • Experience designing and developing APIs.
  • Experience with version control systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in Cloud environments.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years Python programming experience.
  • 2+ years Javascript experience.
  • Experience with popular AWS services (S3, RDS, EC2, etc.).
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure, automation, cost analysis, and operational support.
  • Experience React, Angular, Vue or other front-end technologies.
  • Experience with popular developer tools (Git, Docker, Github/Gitlab.
  • Knowledge of NodeJS and web browser automation tools.
