As a Business Finance Partner, you will play an important role to deliver our commitment on financial controlling and analysis and will grow with us to be a potential future leader in our One Finance team.
What you will do:
- Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization
- Handle full set of accounts supported by Shared Service Team; and ensure actual revenue and cost are accurate and timely recognized
- Lead a monthly project review meeting to ensure project cost and delivery is on plan
- Conduct the project profitability analysis; identify any risk and collaborate with cross-functional teams with mitigation plan
- Support the quarterly business review with Business Unit Leaders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls
- Coordinate annual KICs (Key Internal Controls) Self Assessment Campaign of all entities and act as a IC subject matter expert for daily operation
- Be a key agent to drive continuous improvements on business process and ERP system
- Participate in any digital transformation projects for project controlling
Qualifications
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
- Qualified accountant with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in sizeable company; with background in construction / engineering industry is an advantage
- Knowledge in Oracle and SAP is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
