Implements sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio
Works closely with the Business Development team in increasing share from existing accounts
Supports and executes group wide sales initiatives
Participates in development of the Area Sales Plan, budget and market audits, and implements corresponding sales action plans with the Business Conversion sales team.
Supports the development and maintenance of the client database and all other sales systems. Establishes and maintains up-to-date client profiles in all relevant systems.
Performs all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
We are looking for someone who:
Minimum Dipoma in Hotel Management and/or Sales & Marketing
At least 3 years of relevant Managerial experience
Good communication and people management skills
Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
Able to communicate priorities and drives departmental goals and results
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
