What We’re Looking For:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management, or related discipline with studies in wage/benefit administration and/or statistical development and analysis.
  • Required: Minimum of 5 years demonstrated leadership, competence, and proficiency in compensation administration.
  • Preferred: Graduate Degree in related field/discipline and prior experience in Health Care.

Ready to Make a Difference? Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of MHC compensation philosophy.
  • Oversee base salary and incentive programs, job evaluations, and salary survey participation and procurement.
  • Develop and improve compensation procedures by performing complex analysis using computer models and/or analysis techniques. Prepare proposals and make recommendations.
  • Conduct market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organization's pay programs.
  • Participate in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop compensation analysts.
