- Supervises and coordinates the appropriate processing of inventory record, inventory requisitions applicable to items maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement using manual or SAP
- Work closely with project implementation team to ensure the smooth implementation of inventory process for new business and achieve all targets of the project.
- Review compiled inventory reports (quantity, type and value of materials, and equipment and stock on hand)
- Supervises and coordinates during period of physical stock counting
- Confer with other department management and staff to coordinate inventory management activities
- Good knowledge of the fundamentals of inventory controls, and basic warehouse/transport operation including received; put away; picked; packed and dispatched.
- Ability to use a computerized inventory control system; administrative skills including reported, filing, accounts reconciliation; plan and supervise the work of others.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions; demonstrates willingness to share information; organizational skills; negotiation skill; good judgment.
