  • Retention of existing business and developing the accounts
  • Client engagement at all levels
  • Client set up – SOP preparation, setting KPI’s.
  • Reviewing service performance based on agreed KPI’s.
  • Client feedback and complaint resolution
  • Day to day coordination with clients, network offices & operations
