Verint Operations & Supply chain team of professionals that are handling the aspects of product deliveries and operational activities, including both Software and Hardware products from multiple disciplines. The group activity is global and is spread across multiple territories and time zones.

Our day to day includes: heavy engagement and collaboration with internal functions as well as external partners, analytical work with data, process designs, and execution of transformation projects, automations and product introductions.

We are seeking a skilled operation Quality leader to join our team. In this role you’ll collaborate with stakeholders from different teams and our 3rd party vendors to ensure our products and processes quality meet Verint’s customer quality standards. Your focus areas will be data collection and analytics, root cause analysis, risk management, and ROI models.

Let’s Talk about You: 

  • Develop and implement quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements. 
  • Perform inspections, tests, and audits to verify product quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
  • Manage supplier quality and performance, including evaluation, monitoring, and corrective action implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and prepare regular reports on quality metrics and performance.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management.

Let’s Talk about who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing of multidisciplinary products environment.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools, and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control).
  • Experience with quality assurance software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience with data analysis platforms (Power BI, Oracle, DOMO, Etc.)
