Job Summary
As a Client Management Executive at DKSH, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our sales, distribution, and channel strategies. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring, reporting, and analyzing various aspects of business performance, with a keen focus on sales targets, inventory management, and trade marketing activities.
General Responsibilities
- Monitor, reporting and analyzing Sales, Distribution and Channel performance
- Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly business performance by channel, by category
- Sales Target Setting by team and review & consult with Client Manager
- Prepare data for monthly Replenishment Plan and align with Client Manager
- Inventory review and discuss with Client Manager for other depot stock transfer
- Prepare claim and tracking A&P budget for each channel's activities
- Analyze and develop Trade marketing activities and consult with Client Manager
- Mandatory Field Visit and collect market data
- DKSH internal system tools application
- Act as the first point of reference for all product related inquires
- Work together and build productive relationship with clients, others department and customers

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum two to three years’ experience in sales and marketing role.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint etc.)
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate fluency in the local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or diploma in marketing.
