Position Summary:

The SIOP Coordinator will oversee execution and administrate delivery timelines of the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes for Regal Rexnord’s Industrial Components division (IPS segment).

The role will oversee coordination and collaboration of Industrial Components division level SIOP by integrating following key functions: product management, demand planning, supply planning, operations planning and financial planning into a unified plan for monthly executive leadership review. This role will be responsible for supporting functional process owners to deliver one monthly plan in timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Schedule and Communicate effectively SIOP Calendar and ensure timely execution by process owners.
  • Develop Comprehensive training materials and documentation for SIOP Processes.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales & Marketing departments to gather projections.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, purchasing to deliver RCCP from Commercial team projections.
  • Prepare and document materials that allow Finance teams to align resources and prepare division conciliation.
  • Monitor KPIs and PPIs to ensure the business and the process are delivering stated objectives.
  • Foster a high level of Competency within the team.
  • Work with process owners to identify, escalate, and resolve project barriers, risks, or issues.
  • Cultivate a Continuous Improvement culture by collaborating with the teams to enhance SIOP Methodology.
  • Work along with segment SIOP Team to develop and maintain policy and procedure documentation playbook.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
  • 3 - 5 years of supply chain experience with preferred focus in SIOP Processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply basic statistical concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning tools including forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, capacity management and SIOP solutions
  • Familiar with a variety of the manufacturing concepts, practices, procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems and convert data into actionable solutions.
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint, ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), Planning Tools (Demantra), and Analytical Dashboards (Power BI)
  • Knowledge of lean tools and mindset to drive for continuous improvement

Travel:

  • Minimum Domestic and International travel is required for this position.
