Job Description:

The Hilton Beachfront Resort and Spa is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our team. The Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that the kitchen is clean and organized, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards
• Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared in a timely manner
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience as a Line Cook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
