Role Overview

Integrations Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading vendor

integration projects from ideation through to completion. This is an important role in our organisation and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Driving the execution of the project implementation from initiation to launch;
• Assist team lead in assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities;
• Participate in drafting requirements specification document for the integration;
• Creating work breakdown structure with the development team;
• Collaborate with QA team members to create test plans;
• Document all ongoing work in JIRA and Confluence;
• Managing communication with the brand stakeholders regarding business and technical issues;
• Managing communication with external parties involved in the projects (vendors and 3rd party service providers);
• Creating and maintaining project documentation;
• Ensuring project delivery on time;
• Communicate with Service Lifecycle Management team and provide necessary input as part of the release process;
• Track escalated issues (as part of SLA process) and coordinate their resolution;
• Related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Working Experience:

• 2+ Years of experience in a business/system analyst or IT project manager role;
• Experience engaging with software development and QA testing teams.

Standard Qualifications:

• Understanding of Product Development, Agile Values and Principles;
• Proficiency with any project management solution/tool;
• Understanding of Agile frameworks and their differences;
• Proficiency in formal communication;
• Proficiency with common collaboration tools: Slack, Zoom.
• Advanced level of English Language;

Preferable Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (especially JIRA & Confluence);
• Development or QA background;
• BA/SA skills or previous experience;
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies and experience with test plan implementation;
• Knowledge of API architecture (RESTful, SOAP);
• ITIL Certification;
• PSM or PSPO Certification;
• Understanding of business process modeling and ability to diagram;
• Domain knowledge in iGaming industry;
• Research skills.
