Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Automation Quality Engineer to join our Trading Platform Team. As the Sr. QE, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our platform. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that specializes in the development of advanced trading systems and is committed to creating transformative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Leadership: Lead a team of engineers to establish and maintain quality standards for the fintech platform.
  • Test Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy, including manual and automated testing, to ensure the platform meets high-quality standards.
  • Test Automation: Drive test automation efforts, utilizing industry-leading tools and frameworks, to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Test Design: Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to define test cases and test plans.
  • Defect Management: Implement effective defect management processes and drive timely issue resolution.
  • Performance Testing: Plan and execute performance testing to ensure the platform's scalability and stability.
  • Security Testing: Oversee security testing to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the QE processes and practices to enhance overall product quality.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to foster professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Over 7 years of experience in quality engineering and testing, with a strong background in fintech or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in managing complex testing efforts.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (preferably in Cucumber and JUnit with Java).
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, including a deep understanding of financial data security and compliance.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards relevant to fintech.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • High standard of English. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not required.

Hybrid Flexible at Broadridge 

We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
