As the Senior Director of ClearPath, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing healthcare by developing MRIoA’s cutting-edge Prior Authorization technology solution powered by generative AI. Your leadership will guide the creation, execution, and delivery of a comprehensive project plan, marshaling both internal and external resources to meet ambitious milestones. This role is at the forefront of blending technology and healthcare, aiming to significantly improve patient and provider experiences.

Position Summary: 

Senior Director ClearPath is responsible for building MRIoA’s automated Prior Authorization process and technology solution leveraging generative AI. This includes generating and driving the project plan and program scope, directing internal and external resources, vendor management, deliverable and timeline management, and metrics to ensure the on-time delivery of the program.

Roles: 

  • Build the product specification with the selected partners and ensure deliverables are completed on time and according to our specifications.
  • Own the Multigenerational Program Plan (MGPP) and build a 5-year development program to continue to enhance the product
  • Collaborate with IT, clinical, operations, finance and sales to build a solution that exceeds the expectations of the market.
  • Work with marketing and sales to develop a strategic Go-To-Market strategy that includes customer targeting, building sales material and campaigns for clients, prospects, and members to deliver the desired financial returns
  • To provide leadership and direction of the internal communication strategy for ClearPath. Be the voice of MRIoA’s ClearPath AI strategy to external constituents
  • To support staff activities related to the ClearPath business and fulfillment processes 
  • To serve as a liaison between the departments as it relates to ClearPath
  • Create the benchmarks to ensure high quality standards for Clearpath are met 

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferably in business, IT or health care 

PMP Certification highly preferred

10 years project/program management experience leading projects and provide evidence of completed programs

Minimum of five years in health insurance, health care and/ or managed care arenas Knowledge of Auto PA process and experience within this space

AI Experience: past experience implementing AI and a willingness to learn and adapt to the quickly changing AI landscape

Data Management: Hands-on experience with unstructured data, including collecting, processing, and using it effectively in AI models or systems (preferred) Experience working with clinical teams

Experience building a regulated product

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Experience working alongside clinical teams (nurses, physicians, pharmacists) to understand their needs and integrate their insights into technology solutions. Demonstrable skills in translating clinical requirements into technical specifications.
