Job Description

  • Dedicated in delivering outstanding customer service via telephone & email
  • Ready to support CC Operations via Inbound & Outbound call support
  • Handle proactive interventions to improve customer experiences, handle customer's expectations and display ownership for customer's requests
  • Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customers
  • Keep up-to-date on new or enhanced products / services in order to maintain a high level of service to customer
  • Support the CC Management by continuously showcasing positive & professional work attitude, being a great teammate by supporting to the team where appropriate
  • Conduct training for key customers (online/Webinar)
  • Planning, coordinating and implementing assigned projects to accomplish a defined objective

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in customer service area
  • Required Skill(s): Internet Technology, Active English, Communication Skill
  • Excellent proficiency in Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Proficient spoken and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Passion for customers and relationship building
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent at managing different scopes of work, being flexible to ambiguity, good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
