What we need:

The Director, ERP Technologies, is a leader within the Engineering team at Shutterstock and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of ERP Technologies to lead our ERP initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of our ERP systems to ensure they effectively support our business operations and objectives. You will oversee a team of ERP specialists and collaborate with various departments including Finance, HR etc. to ensure that our ERP systems effectively support our business operations and objectives

The day to day:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with our organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging ERP technologies to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in ERP technologies to ensure our systems remain competitive and effective.
• Implementation and Integration:
• Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancements of ERP systems, including vendor selection, customization, configuration, and deployment.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee external consultants or service providers involved in ERP projects.
• System Optimization and Maintenance:
• Monitor the performance of ERP systems and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for the ongoing maintenance and support of ERP platforms.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and other relevant requirements.
• Team Management and Development:
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of ERP managers and specialists.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear goals, and provide feedback to drive individual and team development.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing ERP systems, with a proven track record of successful implementations and optimizations.
• Deep understanding of ERP technologies, such as Workday(preferred), SAP, Oracle or similar platforms. Knowledge of Adaptive a plus
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with strategic business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. You may also be eligible for our generous benefits package including health, wellness and financial benefits. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.

The pay range for this position is below:

• 190,000 - 210,000 per year in New York

Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
