Job Description

JustFab is looking for a Producer to join their in-house creative team.

This position will report into the VP, Creative.

What you will do:

• Oversee and manage production of all JustFab and Shoedazzle creative content from pre-production to shoot day.
• Manage all aspects of the creative team budget. Overseeing final budgets for all shoots and studio supplies. In partnership with Studio Manager.
• Partner with Director of Photography to manage and maintain shoot schedule and communicate information to necessary cross functional teams.
• Work closely with the VP of Creative, Art Directors and Director of Photography to establish vision of monthly content and casting strategies.
• Understanding of JustFab and Shoedazzle’s brand look and feel for model casting and talent bookings.
• Manage and mentor all production team members.
• Interface between departments to ensure all members of the creative team have the necessary information to execute their tasks in a timely manner. This includes working with the production coordinator to track sample status for shoots.
• Work closely with agents and artists on all production related topics. Negotiate rates for freelance contributors on creative projects.
• Manage usage rights for all creative projects.
• Manage production for company collaborations and partner with brands on co-production needs.
• Tracking invoice payments and updating in budget.
• Review and update budget expense reports on a regular basis
• Collaborate with Associate Producer on finding locations, model travel bookings, props, eq rental, and other production logistics.
• Work with JustFab/Shoedazzle legal team to execute production contracts.
• Take part in maintaining cleanliness of Just Fab studio area

What you will bring:

• 6-8 years of production experience.
• A clear understanding of the product and marketing calendar and all its requirements.
• Living in Los Angeles or ability to commute to El Segundo, you will work from the office almost every day.
• Established relationships within industry.
• Knowledge of the market with regards to photographers, models, and beauty teams.
• Ability to multitask, work on tight timelines, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong understanding of production budgets.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $84,450-93,600. The range provided includes the base salary that JustFab expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
