Lead Generation - Sales Development Senior Associate
Purpose of the role
Identifying and generating new business leads through various channels including Salesforce-CRM, internal database, market research, cold calling and social media.
Delivering a qualified pipeline of opportunities for the Sales Team.
Maintaining and updating Salesforce-CRM to help the Sales Team to effectively manage leads.
This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads through various channels.
Contact prospects to qualify leads.
Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference.
Assist the Sales Team with any sales pitch presentation or marketing updates.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
Implement lead generation campaign to generate and nurture new business leads.
Analyse and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation.
Develop a strong knowledge of the companys products and services to facilitate the sales process.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
