Develop and Implement Compliance Strategy: · Design and implement a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with legal and regulatory requirements and supports the organization's objectives. · Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively. · Establish policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance. · Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations, and communicate relevant updates to the organization. 2. Monitor and Assess Compliance: · Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement. · Implement monitoring and reporting systems to ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures. · Analyse data and trends to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions. 3. Provide Compliance Guidance and Training: · Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance-related matters and provide guidance to employees at all levels. · Develop and deliver compliance training programs to increase awareness and understanding of compliance requirements. · Collaborate with other departments to embed compliance into their processes and procedures. 4. Required Skills / Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
