About EDITED

EDITED is the world’s leading AI-driven retail intelligence platform. We empower the world’s most successful brands and retailers with real-time decision making power.

By connecting internal business and external market data, EDITED infuses intelligence into every retail decision.

We help retailers increase margins, generate more sales, and drive better business outcomes through AI-powered market and enterprise intelligence that fuels automation.

The Role

You'll be joining the Implementation team, working with enterprise level retail clients. You will be analysing their large and complex data sets to design solutions for integration into EDITED's platforms.

Responsibilities

  • You will become an expert on our Enterprise Intelligence (EI) data source dictionary and translate complex data requirements into technical specifications
  • You will work closely with client technical and business teams to define and scope out source data that will feed into our EI product
  • You will be a key stakeholder in client data validation, quality assessments and technical solution design
  • You are responsible for triaging client data issues and working closely with the client support teams
  • You will be required to communicate directly with clients on a regular basis around product requirements, product usage, technical issues and project statuses
  • You will be responsible for writing technical documentation

Requirements

It’s important for us to look for candidates that strive for excellence with a positive attitude, a strong sense of ownership and work ethic, and a passion to consistently develop and improve their knowledge and skillset. If you’re excited about this role and the opportunity to work at EDITED, we encourage you to apply even if you only match some, rather than all, of the requirements.

Essential:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in a client-facing role - exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in any sort of technical onboarding role (working with clients but handling the technical onboarding of that client e.g. working with vendor to onboard customer to their platform)
  • Understanding of 3rd party APIs (you’ll need to look at how we integrate with a 3rd party system to pull in data) - REST or others
  • Strong data analysis capability - you’ve worked with large, disjointed data before and have experience working with different types of data sets (i.e JSON, TSV, Parquet, XML, etc.)
  • Experience using tools like SQL and Athena

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of various scripting languages JS, Python, Perl, etc.
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira, Hubspot

Perks & Benefits

  • You can utilise our flexible working policy to ensure you can work around your schedule - this means starting & finishing when it suits you best!
  • At EDITED we are set up to work remotely and utilise a hybrid approach with a minimum requirement of 2 days per week in the office
  • Enhanced parental leave policy
  • 25 days annual leave + public holidays (and an extra day for every year at EDITED)

We aim to be an equal opportunities employer and we are determined to ensure that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status, or race, or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which cannot be shown to be justifiable.
