Your New Role...
Warner Bros. Discovery Sports has a fantastic freelance opportunity to join our team covering the greatest sporting event on earth, the Olympic Games Paris 2024, in a streaming editor freelance role.
We are looking to hire a group of talented freelance editors to supplement our existing team working across our premium streams on discovery+. The streaming editor is responsible for the editorialisation of our sports streaming content across our premium platforms, managing imagery, titles and descriptions to deliver a first-class user experience.
This fantastic opportunity will give successful candidates the chance to work on our premium streams for Paris 2024, across 17 days and 32 sports as the Olympics returns to Europe for the first time since London 2012. Additionally, streaming editors may also be required to work across our content for TNT Sports during this period.
Eurosport is an official rightsholder of the Olympic Games and our streaming platform discovery+ is the Streaming Home of the Olympics - the only place you can watch every moment of Paris 2024 live.
Shifts will be available in both the day time and evening, with streaming editors updating live content with fresh imagery and metadata as well as preparing upcoming feeds to ensure a first-class user experience. Ability to attend in person in our London office is highly desirable.
