Effectively Maintain Customer Service.

• Receives and enters all Purchase Orders from customers in the IQMS system. Orders may be received by fax, mail, verbally, or

EDI.

• Enter Spot Buy and Blanket Purchase Orders
• Create, update, and manage Sales Order (order entry)
• Work with Manufacturing on requirements so the Production Schedule balances Customer needs, Manufacturing Efficiency, and Inventory targets.
• Daily monitoring and communication of delivery status.
• Monitors current part inventory.

Cross-functional:

• Submission of export compliance documentation as required by customers.
• Work with Supply Chain and Engineering to complete ECO’s

Training and Work experience preferred:

• 4 to 10 years of business school, vocation education, or work experience, preferably in an injection molding industry.
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to navigate customer portals / EDI systems
• 2 years of customer service or equivalent.
