DailyPay is looking for a Senior Manager of Analytics - Public Policy to join our growing Data Team! The Manager of Public Policy Analytics will utilize various types of data to draw insights and build strategic recommendations to drive business value for the company, while working collaboratively to empower the Public Policy & Compliance teams.
The mission of the Data Team is critical for continuous development and success of our product, understanding the needs of our customers and partners, and maintaining DailyPay’s leading role in the early wage access industry - and the Manager of Public Policy Analytics will be instrumental in helping to realize this vision for DailyPay.

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation and compensation may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into two tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity.
National Compensation Range
$131,000—$174,000 USD
Premium Compensation Range
$145,000—$194,000 USD
