GENERAL FUNCTION

As Sr. Manager Business Growth, you will be an integral member of the Eyebuydirect team and help fuel our continued growth. You will support top-of-funnel programs for a rapidly growing business and contribute to the success by strengthening our Performance and CRM marketing channels and working closely with our global counterparts to help identify key business development opportunities as well as introducing general best practices to ensure operational excellence.

At the core, we need a highly motivated and quantitatively minded creative thinker to take responsibility for our user acquisition and ensure we are continuously moving ‘up and to the right’ on our metrics.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support CEO to work out business growth strategies according to the short and long term of corporate goals - 15%
  • Manage the budget with Finance and group functions 10%
  • Review and analyze the weekly, monthly, quarterly performance from SEM, SEO, Display, Shopping, Affiliate, CRM etc.. Generate insights and action plans from performance review and consistently improve the performance - 40%
  • Manage the plans and track the progress by close collaboration with internal and external teams - 25%
  • Partner with our group on Merchandising, Creative Hub, Ecom Operations and Partner teams for necessary projects - 10%

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or data related field
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience managing search marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in managing sizable and growing marketing databases.
  • Data Analysis - Strong mathematical and analytical background that enables sound testing, reading results, making data-led decisions, and working in large data sets. Reporting; strong data driven reporting skills including data visualization and presentation skills.
  • Digital Expertise - Strong understanding of the strategy, execution and measurement of paid search, shopping, and display marketing
  • Platform Expertise - Strong understanding of Google’s different ad formats Including Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube (Google Ads or SA360, DV360)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Google Certified - Google Analytics (GA), Google Shopping, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, and ComScore

Pay Range: 117,037.20 - 184,144.00 

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
