Coordinates the marketing activities with both internal and external stakeholders. Completes sales-related and marketing administrative projects that include running marketing/sales reports, gathering event requirements, and ensuring teams are supplied with necessary GTM materials.

Essential Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee gathering of requirements and distribution of content from inception through publishing, including working cross functionally to meet design, brand, and legal guidelines
  • Work closely with internal teams including Customer Success and Sales to achieve campaign goals
  • Ensure Public Sector requests are prioritized, aligned with commitments from teams like Marketing, Branding, Communications, and responsible to ensure delivery from those teams throughout the year on agreed timelines
  • Update and ensure event collateral such as brochures, one-sheets, trifolds, and white papers are aligned with target audience
  • Work with leaders in the company to ensure Public Sector thought leadership content is reaching intended audiences
  • Create reports on site traffic, referrals, and usage through admin management of marketing tools
  • Collaborate with the corporate events team to ensure inclusion in sponsorships and events where appropriate as well as coordinate Public Sector specific events with internal and external stakeholders

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors, Preferred
  • 4-6 years

Additional Skills and/or Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business preferred
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and SharePoint
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and WordPress is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, speak and operate telephone and/or computer for long periods of time
  • Ability to handle pressure, stressful conditions, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
  • Ability to travel by any form of transportation (if yes, please specify estimated percent below) 5%
