ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working in a professional, fast-paced environment that requires accuracy, multi-tasking, and clearly and efficiently communicating resolutions.
  • Efficiently book appointments, ensuring accuracy.
  • Conduct Outbound calls to patients to further assist with their appointments
  • Listening to, understanding, and providing solutions for our clients’ needs.
  • Working Closely with our Clients and provide proactive approach to resolve issues or to improve the process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willing to report to the office in Ortigas Center Pasig 5 days a week
  • Displays passion, integrity, commitment, and drive to deliver a positive, differentiated service that improves our clients’ purchase experiences
  • Has a commitment to excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed-upon work schedule.
  • Has a dependable team-player attitude with an understanding that calls must be handled immediately
  • Communicate effectively and confidently with all clients
  • Has the ability to engage with clients – begin a conversation, anticipate what questions a client will have, actively share information using plain language, build rapport, and handle objections
  • Is comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
  • Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Has at least an intermediate level of proficiency with computers and current technology
  • Highly analytical and with sound judgment
  • Preferably knowledgeable in using Zendesk

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's/College degree 
  • Has 1+ years of customer service experience

Language Skills:

  • Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills
