Objectives：
You are expected to provide technical solutions for complex research assignments using existing and new technologies, methods etc.
Actively drive the technical development and knowledge gain for BASF on respective research fields
Main Tasks：
To evaluate self-supported and separators for lithium ion, sodium ion, solid state batteries.
Develop pressure sensitive adhesive and binder system for anode of batteries.
Develop ion-conductive binder system.
Develop further technical solutions using existing and new technologies, methods etc.
Constantly align/discuss project status with project leader and collaboration parties.
Closely follow and evaluate scientific literature, publications, IP and draw conclusions for BASF
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position：
PhD in polymer chemistry, polymer physics and/or electrical chemistry. Experienced with battery chemistry.
Have good knowledge of cell structure and material.
