Objectives of the Position：
You are expected to provide technical solutions for complex research assignments using existing and new technologies, methods etc.
Actively drive the technical development and knowledge gain for BASF on respective research fields
Main Tasks：
To evaluate dry-coating method for lithium ion, sodium ion, solid state batteries.
Development the formulation of electrode systems for dry coating LiB, NaB as well as solid state batteries.
Develop further technical solutions using existing and new technologies, methods etc.
Constantly align/discuss project status with project leader and collaboration parties.
Closely follow and evaluate scientific literature, publications, IP and draw conclusions for BASF
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position：
PhD in chemistry, physics and/or electrical chemistry. Experienced with battery chemistry.
Good knowledge with dry-coating process.
