Objectives：
You are expected to provide technical solutions for complex research assignments using existing and new technologies, methods etc.
Actively drive the technical development and knowledge gain for BASF on respective research fields
Main Tasks ：
Development of composite current collector (anode & cathode)
Develop further technical solutions using existing and new technologies, methods etc.
Constantly align/discuss project status with project leader and collaboration parties.
Closely follow and evaluate scientific literature, publications, IP and draw conclusions for BASF
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position：
PhD in chemistry, materials science, mechanicals and/or electrical chemistry. Experienced with battery assembly industry.
Have good knowledge of cell structure, material, manufacturing processing.
