The Non-Technical Trainer (Sales) supports the client to achieve its retail network competence goals by delivering training to Sales employees and distributors across Middle East.
Nature and Scope:
The Trainer delivers training to Sales employees from Middle East distributors. The job roles covered include Salesperson and Sales Manager. The training covers core curriculum, new and current product information and additional ad hoc topics. Training takes place either in the Training Center, at an external location (e.g. hotel, racetrack) or using a virtual-learning platform.
The Trainer is responsible for ensuring learners grasp the course information and can perform the tasks described in the course learning objectives. The Trainer uses training satisfaction survey feedback to adjust and improve his/her training performance.

Qualifications
Based full-time at the client Middle East Training Centre, Logistics Centre, Dubai South. Some days can be worked from home, based on agreement.
International travel will occasionally be required for either face-to-face training at BMW distributors throughout the Middle East region, or TTT events usually held in Germany.
