Job Description:
As our James Finlay Americas (JFA) D365 Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the value JFA obtain from their ongoing investments in ERP. JFA are currently implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) across the organisation as we transition from two legacy ERPs to one modern cloud platform in D365. At the same time, Microsoft Power BI is also being implemented as JFA’s future reporting platform, tightly integrated with D365.
Join us ASAP and you will get an incredible introduction to the project by supporting the Project Management Office (PMO), Project Sponsor (our JFA CFO!) and our Global Head of IT as we work together to complete remaining project phases which include; several formal test cycles (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Operational Readiness Testing), user training and cutover ahead of our planned ERP go-live on July 1st 2024.
Thereafter you will play a key role in supporting the JFA organisation through a very significant period of change during hypercare and thereafter you will be a key business partner to JFA business functions as we continue to optimise and improve our business processes and corresponding D365 and related system solutions into the future.
Based on the above, the key responsibilities below have accordingly been documented to give a sense of how this critical role evolves over time.
