Main Duties & Responsibilities
To perform a variety of operational functions that constitutes the production, inspection and distribution of products or services for our customers. Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to maintain, troubleshoot and service all plant equipment. Ability to perform electrical, PLC and robotic troubleshooting, installation and repairs. Responsible for all electrical controls and instrumentation. Adheres to the plant preventative maintenance program.Ability to perform preventive maintenance and routine service on machines and equipment.
Qualifications Experience, Competencies and Education
Must posses an education or experience level that permits the employee to effectively communicate and perform duties, assignments and responsibilities of the job.
Minimum High School or equivalent – Technical Certification in PLC/Electrical Controls, robotics and electrical – Minimum 2 years experience
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret the documents relating to the job, function or assignment.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to perform basic mathematical equations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to make decisions when identifying in-process problems. Ability to deal with a variety of job assignments.
