About the role

As a Talent Partner at Sky Mavis, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to building relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in Game, Web3, etc.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employment branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
