Responsibilities

• Process payroll for the entire group (5 entities and contractors globally), working effectively with international payroll agents.
• Manage and execute all aspects of compensation and benefits programs for employees and contractors (if any) across the group.
• Stay up-to-date on all relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company operates in full compliance.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
• Assist with the development and implementation of new HR initiatives and programs, including rewards and recognition projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all employees and contractors
• Provide excellent customer service and support to employees regarding HR inquiries.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
• Proven experience in processing payroll, experience in international complexities.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits processes and regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations (a plus).
• Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) (a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
