Department: Compliance and Legal (CLD)

Location: Beijing, China

The position

1. Well maintain compliance policy, guidance and checklist. 

2. Provide compliance consultation to emerging projects; support compliance counsels to interpret policy.

3. Well design and embed compliance controls in operation, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Play as a project manager to lead compliance strategic project.

5. Draft memo and communication messages to global and local key stakeholders.

6. Other ad. hoc assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of finance/accounting/administration/Legal/other related background or above. 
• Certificate Requirements (preferred): passed CICPA/ACCA /CIA/ P.R.C. Bar qualification or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 6-8 years relevant working experience:
• Min 3 years working experience big 4 CPA firm or law firm; 
• Pharmaceutical experience, in house or projects in firms, is a must
• Strong experience of maintaining good documentation, both in Chinese and English, e.g. drafting memo, documenting work flows etc. 
• Strong project management skill is required, e.g. leading projects, leading cross functions. 
• Risk management experience.
• High independent risk management skills are needed on targeting issues and propose/conclude fair opinion and effective mitigation actions. 
• Communication skill is required especially for cross function collaboration as well as cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skill.
