Introduction

System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services. Sound pretty important? Absolutely! You will advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client’s IT operation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Systems Services Representative you’ll help drive customer satisfaction by providing exceptional technical support. As the primary technical interface to our clients, you will play a critical role in coordinating hardware and software support, as well as delivering operational services.

Perform hardware maintenance service for Lenovo/HP/Dell x86 Servers, Networking devices and/or IBM Power system

Perform System software installation, configuration for x86 servers

Perform installation and configuration for Cisco/F5/Juniper Network devices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor degree or above, over 3 years IT related work experience
  • Installation, configuration, implementation and maintenance of the full range of IBM power and storage and tape libraries, especially for p7/p8/p9,ts3500/4500,DS8K,V7000,F900,SVC,XIV etc…
  • AIX/HACMP/Linux one installation, configuration and maintenance.
  • Network configuration and trouble shooting.
  • Good communication skill in Chinese and English
