As an Associate SAP Consultant at IBM Consulting, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of understanding how our clients operate and do business – which includes some of the world’s leading organizations.

We design, develop, and re-engineer highly complex business processes, and the application components and software that support them. You’ll be trained to become an expert in SAP’s technologies and be well versed to speak with clients and make strategic recommendations.

Within your role as an Associate SAP Consultant, you will:

  • Become part of client-facing teams that generally consists of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees
  • Master process design, planning and managing execution of the build and integration of SAP systems
  • Specialize in areas and processes such as, Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Install to Maintain, or Master Data Management
  • Assist and eventually guide clients in selection, implementation (design, configuration, and testing), and support of SAP Solutions
  • Work in a client-facing manner and be expected to specialize within an industry

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • We welcome recent graduates with maximum 1 year of work experience and final-year students with less than 6 months of studies left
  • Fluent in Czech / Slovak and English with strong communication skills both in writing and verbally
  • Excellent presentation / communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm towards information systems and client facing business consulting
  • Willingness to travel
  • Eligible to work in country and European Union without any restriction

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Master’s degree in any of the following domains: Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration & Economics
  • Consulting experience and/or user experience are an advantage
  • Ability to spend few days a week at a client location in Prague
