The Position

  • Job Summary:
  • Responsible for providing high-quality market/business research and analytics on market/competitor/business performances to support CPS&MD business development, able to work collaboratively in cross-functional environment to co-create/derive actionable insights to support business/strategic planning and decision making.
  • Support in business reporting within RDSL and with APAC/Global.
  • Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
  • Gather up-to-date market/business/competitor intelligence and information – from internal (within team, cross-team) or external sources (e.g. desktop research) - to support business & strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analytics on market/competitor/business performances and key trends to aid CPS&MD business & strategic decision making.
  • Develop & regularly maintain business & strategic analytics databases/data systems
  • Assist in coordinating, developing, and implementing CPS&MD strategic plans
  • Provide high-quality and clear reports and presentations (in form of Powerpoint, Excel, Word) to support business reporting with China, APAC, and Global Leadership Team
  • Support on various team admin activities
  • Prioritize to ensure assigned tasks to ensure resources are used effectively to meet work schedules and targets
  • Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
  • Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
  • Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
  • Basic Requirements of the Job:
  • Education& Qualifications:
  • A bachelor degree in Marketing, Data Management and/or proven track record with professional experience in those fields
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Good command of MS office software application
  • Skill of Tableau or other BI software etc. highly preferred Tableau
  • Mindset & ways of working
  • Highly collaborative & agile mindset, able to adapt to various roles within different team set up
  • Entrepreneur mindset, willing to explore and embrace ambiguity and act assertively to drive results
  • Experience:
  • 3 years’ or above experience in consulting industry, preferably in Life Science/Healthcare industry /IVD business in Asia Pacific markets.
